My name is Espen Lehnst.  I am 8 years old from East Lansing Michigan.  I started racing in May of 2012 when I was 7 years old but have been running for fun since I was 6.  I recently finished 4th at the Junior Olympic Cross Country Nationals in New Mexico for 2012, finishing the 2k race in 7:45.  My PR's and accomplishments are listed below.

5k- 19:46

10 Mile- 1:15:00

My goals for 2013 are to break the American Record in the 5k for an 8 year old.  Current record is 18:42.  I turn 9 years old June 30th.  I also want to break 5:30 for the mile this summer.
